Punch Love

”Messy, real, and absolutely worth fighting for — Real Life & Love in all its forms after the storm"

A philosophy, a community, experienced coaching & practical support for women who are navigating burnout, divorce, life’s biggest transitions and are ready to build something that actually lasts and helps you find your spark again!

THE PUNCH LOVE PHILOSOPHY

Build the road that leads you home

The journey home can feel long but your heart knows it. It winds and climbs and offers nothing easy, the storms that blow in don’t apologize, the path doesn't straighten out to accommodate you. And then — if you stay on it — the view opens up into something that takes your breath away.

That road is the Punch Love philosophy.

It’s not the easy path, it’s not the smooth one. It’s the one that requires some Yorkshire grit, your honest heart, and the resilience to keep going even when it would be far simpler to turn back.

The hard things in life — divorce, burnout, loss, loneliness and starting over — are not dead ends. They are the winding road and the women who find their way to Punch Love are the ones who have been on it long enough to know that they are worth fighting for.

"The road is hard. The destination is worth it. Keep going."

Yorkshire grit is within all of us, some of us are born with it and some of us learn it. It doesn't need to announce itself. It just gets on with it.

"You have been strong for so long that nobody thinks to ask if you're okay. Including, eventually, you."

"You wake up and function perfectly — from the outside. Inside you're not sure how much longer you can keep going."

"You've been through the hard thing. Now you're trying to figure out who you are on the other side of it."

You are in the right place:

A philosophy.
A practice.
A
community.

Punch Love is not a wellness brand. It is not a lifestyle aesthetic. It is a genuine philosophy about what it means to fight for the life & love you want — for your relationship, your family, and most importantly, for yourself.

It is built on the belief that the hard things do not break us when we fall open to the possibility that beyond the struggle lies an open road. When you sharpen your focus with honesty, vulnerability, and the kind of grit that comes from knowing who you are and where you come from, you can create the life you want and deserve.

For the women who find their way here — through divorce, burnout, or the quiet erosion of losing themselves — Punch Love is an invitation, to stop, just for a minute, gather your thoughts, allow yourself to dream and then crack on towards building your future. Come home to yourself, build a foundation that lasts. .

Meet Liz Punch

Born in Yorkshire living in British Columbia. A Grit & Growth practice built from the inside out.

Liz Punch didn't build Punch Love from a business plan. She built it from a lifetime of experiences, motherhood, divorce, betrayal, professional challenges, true burnout, and reflections on her move across an ocean. Against well meaning advice to restart & refresh her identify & life, she deliberately chose her path forward by coming home to herself and finding the foundations of her past to build her future.

She is an Executive Recruitment and Leadership Professional with over 25 years experience, a Certified Wellness Coach, a proud woman’s advocate through her work with the Women in Leadership Foundation and her role as Founder of Dress for Success Kelowna. She has continued her learning throughout the years as a Mental Health First aider, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach and has been accepted to study MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing. But her most important credential is that she has been exactly where you are — and she came through it.

Not by falling apart but by falling open.
